Calibration not possible after crash

Hello everyone,

I have a serious problem with my MK3. I wanted to print something as usual but decided to cancel the print after a few seconds because I forgot something. The printer was exactly at the first calibration point when it stopped. I used octoprint to stop it. After a few seconds I restarted the print, the printer did his XY calibration and was going down for the first Z calibration and rammed right into the print bed. He did not detected the crash and I turned it off after a few seconds.
I noticed that the two Z-Axis motors were at different positions and the whole X axis was at an angle. So I performed the XYZ calibration. After finishing the XY part, the printer told me that a calibration is not possible or something like that and stopped. So I started the complete calibration wizard. But during the second bed calibration point (where you have to put a paper sheet on the bed) he touched the bed after a couple of moves. The steel sheet was removed. This was not a problem for the first point.
Any suggestions on how to fix that? Or what the problem could be?

Hi,
that did not help. Now he is touching the bed already when performing the first calibration point 🙁
How does he know how high he is above the bed? Is that done with the sensor on the side? Can I check if it has the right hight and is working properly?
