Bump in the PEI sheet that came with my MK3S

I tried to contact Prusa a week or so ago and haven't received any response yet. I have just recently received my MK3S kit and the build and setup went well. the issue is that the steel sheet I received has a very noticeable bump in it that causes a large portion of the print plate to be unusable.

Will I have to buy a new one to get a good sheet? Anyone else have notable bumps on their sheets due to manufacturing error?

I took a few photos here. https://photos.app.goo.gl/C1qs24myTxLDz5iJ6

Try contacting support via the online chat system. Log into the online store and contact them there.

Edit: In the meantime, flip the sheet and see if that bump works its way out after a few days. The PEI is fairly resistant to bumps and dings so long as the surface isn't permanently damaged.

Just to be clear the bump is an extrusion so I'd need to grind it down if I were going to get it to lay flat on that side.

I'll try contacting them again, thanks!
