Bondtech mosquito upgrade - temperature issues with CPE
Hello everybody,
I have just installed the Bondtech Mosquito on my Prusa i3 MK3S+ and it looks like it has temperature problems.
I am trying to print CPE with a 0.2mm nozzle.
At 275 degrees nothing comes out and at max 295 it looks like a very thin spiderweb impossible to scratch from the steel sheet.
Does anyone had these issues?
Should I get a 50W heater cartridge?

I do not think this is a temperature issue and I do not think a new cartridge is going to fix the issue. Did you perform a PID calibration?

It also takes many retries to load the filament. I mean I have to answer 7-8: no it does not show the correct color.
I shrewd in the knob of the extruder quiet tight. When I hold it with my hand I feel it working very well.
I also uninstalled the nozzle to push the filament through the hotted to see if there are any issues with the PTE tube.

Sorry for the misspelling.

Problem Solved!
I had to turn up the Flow Rate to 275%. The print is incredible accurate in comparison to the ones before.

Did you change the firmware on your printer with the upgrade?

Since the ESteps changed, that might be the root cause of your problem.
