Blockage of Nozzle or PTFE (again and again)
Hey,
its the 3rd time I try to print this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2594296
After 12h it stopped before a few minutes, watch this video:
https://forum.prusa3d.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/PXL_20210107_073156131.mp4
The first times happend with >35 degree in my cabinet, so I thought it was because of this. But the door was open and the temp was fine this time.
I printed Prusament PLA with 210 degree.
- How can I prevent this?
- And can I fix/finish the print somehow? 🙁 (its just paused yet)
Thank you 🙂

And I tried to move the extruder, I was able to extrude something and stopped the pause. The went back to this wrong height and didnt extrude anything...
@acanis
Hallo,
Aber Prusa will davon nichts hören.

Hi acanis,
It looks like your under extruding, then nozzle is clogging, based on what you mentioned in your post I'm guessing your not printing the prusament hot enough, try printing the Prusament PLA profile with the nozzle temperature set to 220C after the first layer, and leave the cabinet door open.
Good luck

I had a chat with prusa support and he said "under extruding", too... Seems to be a problem of this object, its lot of small "extruding-retracting"'s and I have to speed up the printing on this part of the model to increase the extruding flow...
Cabinet door was open, but I want to close it 😛 I bought a fan for my cabinet and will experiment a little. Fans are not perfect for PLA, but its printer is still too loud to always open the door.
RE: Blockage of Nozzle or PTFE (again and again)
RE: Blockage of Nozzle or PTFE (again and again)
Fehler behoben.

That is retraction to under extrusion issue. Is this printer stock?
