Bed noise
Hello,
I bought my prusa this year and since months it is noisy during printing.
I tried to screw all screws without success.
Someone has N idea how to solve my issue?
Tha k you inn advance
Did you do any maintenance?
The printer will need monthly maintenance that involves tearing down the bearings and re-greasing them with the grease and grease tool that came with your printer. Gotta pack them bearings. Now, no evidence you presented makes me suspect that other than it is the usual first suspect.
The other misunderstanding people have about noise is the difference between noise and resonance. If you haven't put a resonance abatement solution on your printer, that is the second most common cause of so-called noise. Get yourself some squash balls (4) with the two yellow dots, print yourself some snap on squash ball feet, and install them. You'll be happy with the result, even if your bearings still need maintenance.
RE: Bed noise
I greased it once but the problem is more related to something which vibrates I think. Did you see the video? I'm not sure that it is on my post.
I use a brick coupled with a foam plate, initially it made almost no noise so it shouldn't be the problem
No, no video.
Brand newbies need admin help to post content like that.

RE: Bed noise
These things are always hard to guess... But I can only see two reasons for that: either some of bed screws are loose, or bearing clips are loose.
