avrdude-slic3r: prusa_init_external_flash(): MK3 printer emitted incorrect start code: `start\n`
Hi:
I am trying to upgrade firmware of my prusa i3-mk3s from 3.9.3-RC to 3.9.3, and upgrade process fails with this error.
I attach log because wordpress does not accept my message pasting it: error_msg_upgrading
Printer boots with no error after process.
Please, can you help me?

Looks like this issue: https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware/issues/2954
Maybe chime in there so Prusa knows from yet another case of this happening. For now, best is to go back to 3.9.2. (or try flashing again)

The issue is a little different than the issue you quote. But after reading it I have tryed to downgrade to previous version, 2.9.2, and it worked fine. Then I have ugraded to 2.9.3 and worked right too.
So the issue is fixed for me.
