All sorts of calibrations off after failure
I recently had a print failure with some spaghetti all over so I cleaned it up and went to print again. But it started digging into the build plate.
I tried to run the calibration but it says the x-axis is off. I've had that before so I try all the normal things. Make sure the zip ties weren't shifted and blocking things. Make sure the back cover wasn't on too tight. Lubricating the rail. Moving the z-axis all the way up to make sure it wasn't on a diagonal. None of it seemed to help.
So I tried the autohome and the nozzle started digging into the build plate again really hard. So then I tried the XYZ calibration and it started pulling on the paper. I replaced the nozzle in case that was causing a problem which did not help.
It seems like the whole thing is just off and I'm not sure where to go from here honestly.
I will attach some videos in case anyone can see something obvious. What are my next steps here?
RE: All sorts of calibrations off after failure
depending on the blog / spaghetti / or even wear and tear of the machine, it could be that the pinda probe is damaged.
You could go here and test the sensor to make sure its working correctly;

You can also reach out to Prusa support for assistance as well.
