After Firmware update to middle

I see that after every layer the printer is going to the middle.. i looked at the g code.. but that is not there...

example... print in the low corner... 1 layer... moving to the middle and back to the next layer.. and again tot the middle of the plate and back for the next layer..

what can that be???

gr

What printer do you have, and what firmware version did you use?

Which motherboard is in your printer?

There are six firmware versions.

RE:

Can you post a zipped file with the .3mf project file and the generated G-code please? Then we can have a look at it.

Cheers,

Tim

Then please print a test print from the SD card.  I'm not usually a betting person but in this case I highly suspect that it wont do the centre move when printing from the sd card.

If it doesn't from the SD card then you need to go through all your octoprint settings.  Make sure you dont have anything like octolapse or similar running.

Every instance I've seen where the printer goes to a pre-set position on every layer has been down to Octoprint, usually when the user didn't realise they had octolapse running.
