275 print temp producing Err: MAXTEMP

Received, built, and printed my first 3d object ever on a brand new Prusa MK3S+ on March 9 of this year. It is now producing issues when attempting to print at 275. The only modification to the machine is a .6mm hardened steel nozzle.

Trying to get the correct print temp for some PETG Carbon Fiber.

In the video at approximately the 0:59 mark, the extruder nozzle reads 278, it jumps to 296 and trips the MAXTEMP error, and then the nozzle reads 313

278c at 0:59-

296c at 1:00-

313c at 1:00-

Research indicates that this could be a bad thermistor, I checked the wires, everything is good, clean, and new. It's also rock solid under 275. I don't know why it would be a faulty part so soon.

Other research says thermal issues were fixed with the 3.12.x version firmware.

Let me know how best to proceed.

In order to rule out any of my settings, I reverted all settings to factory defaults except the printer settings where I inserted the temp tower gcode to change the temp from 275 to 260.

This morning I updated the firmware to 3.12.2 on the MK3S+ and it has been able to successfully print at 275 without the repeat errors of the previous runs with my own settings and Prusa's factory prusaslicer settings at a temp of 275 for PETG CF.

This is quite unfortunate given the fact that 3.12.2 causes the printer to behave erratically between prints.
