2 Axis layer shift?

2 Axis layer shift?

I've gotten multiple layer shifts and I'm not sure what to do about it. Sometimes it happens on one axis, but most of the time it's two at the same time.

In the attached picture, you can see that two layers shifted at the same time - what can be the cause for this behavior?

Make surd you axis Are clean and loobed and check screw on gear

does the layer shift always occur at the same Z height? if it is, then do a small but tall print and see what happens when the printer reaches that height. check your X and Y belt and hardware, make sure they are tightened correctly.
