0,2mm prusa quality standard vs my settings
Good Morning
I'm trying to print this battery holder made by webRat. Those two pictures show my and prusa(quality version) 0,2mm print settings. looking at gcode file I tried to copy as much as I could to get as close to their printing time, but I'm still an hour longer. Can somebody tell me where can I still make some changes ?

RE: 0,2mm prusa quality standard vs my settings
Please save your project (File>Save Project As). This will save a .3mf file. The 3mf file contains the model and all of the print, filament and printer settings being used. This is the simplest and most efficient way for people to load and debug issues as we can see what settings are effecting things and we know we have the same starting set you were using.
One very important thing though. you MUST zip up the 3mf file or the forum wont let you attach it. It only accepts a very limited number of formats, which dont include 3mf files or gcode.

By doing a compare on the gcode about the biggest thing that stands out is that the slower one has avoid crossing perimeters enabled. That going to cause a lot more movement and slow things down.
Of course with the 3mf I could just turn that option off and slice to check if it is that 😉

with avoid crossing perimeters enabled the time now is 6:27

Set your travel speed from the over the top unless using something like klipper 1000 mm/s to the default for that profile which is 180 mm/s.
You will see the time actually drop. When set to 1000 its actually using 80 for the travel moves. Just have to set the slice preview to speed to check out all the printing moves speeds

RE: 0,2mm prusa quality standard vs my settings
after printing my own model, with brand new fillament. I've noticed couple of mishaps,
the width and length are 0,2-0,25 shorter, diameter of the orifice are also smaller
bottom and top layer are far from perfect
the alignement of walls are not even
beside this being my fault, is it the bad settings in the slicer or mechanical ?
