Z-Offset resetting...maybe?
I'm using Octoprint with my MK3 and I'm trying to dial in some PET, and I swear that my Z-offset keeps resetting, even though it shows on the printer its where I left it. Am I missing something? Is Octoprint doing something I'm unaware of?

I don't have any challenges with live Z and Octoprint. I can adjust it, it is right where I left it. What else changed?
