Z Axis all of a sudden is hitting the stage. Cannot be calibrated
MK3 has been running for 8 months without an issue. I recently did the Extruder upgrade with the fan and it has been running for a week and I was able to calibrate it after I did the upgrade.
Today I went to do a print and the printer head pushed down really hard into the stage when it went to alignment.
When I try to do alignment Z Alignment it pushes the way into the stage and fails . Error is "Bed leveling failed . Sensor didn't trigger". I have tried reseating the cables to the motors on the main board.

Problem Found. The Probe slipped.
Tighten it up and all is well
