Who uses their printers for manufacturing

I wondered how many of you guys actually use your printer for manufacturing and if you are, what products do you make and from what material.

I would like to make useable parts that can deal with knocks, bangs, pulling and twisting but I am not sure just how strong the parts will be.

Could you folks show some examples of working pieces so I can try to judge the capabilities of what you make.

My thanks.
