What is causing this noise? I call it a "thunk"

Hello all,

This noise has recently started on my MK3S. Of my 4 printers it is the oldest one (11 months old). Original nozzle and PTFE. Routine maintenance is lubing the rods and using compressed air to blow out filament remnants from various nooks and crannied. When the noise occurs, it occurs on each layer  (in the same location) that is printing at normal speed. That means I don't hear it on the first layer and I don't hear it on the first solid layer. It can make the sound 2 times, it can make it 5-6 times, but it does not make it throughout the entire layer. On some prints it will occur on the left-center location of the bed, on others it is the right-center side. In this video on this particular layer it made the noise only 2 times.

nice video - my mk3s does the same thing. I think it is the power supply - probably the voltage being turned on and off for the hotend and bed. Other people have commented on this.

It sounds like the filament is skipping and idler tension might need adjusting, this video shows correct setting about 1 minute in:
