All the screws are tightened and one is against the flat side. 
The smooth rods are in good condition. Sure not as new but good

Trapezoid nut I was talking about

I don't see any prior mentioning of the trapezoid nut in your previous posts, so this picture was out of context. Again, I'd check the grub screws, which I mentioned before and Joan posted pictures of.

I’m thinking about this don’t-know-how-it’s-called, that lets the head move up and down on the Z axis… Maybe it’s ruined

Yes exactly. Is it possible that if it’s ruined it causes that layers?

Sure. Could be. Also, the screws on this one should not be as tight as other screws but a bit loose.

Formerly known on this forum as @fuchsr -- until all hell broke loose with the forum software...
