Unusual shape was printed that wasn't in original design or slicer
I've never seen this before.
I printed this (made in Fusion 360)
... but it came out on my i3 MK3s (printed from SD card) with this weird diagonal bit:
The above geometry was not in the original Fusion360 file NOR did it show up in PrusaSlicer 2.2.0 Win64:
Thankfully not a major problem for the design at all, but anyone know the cause / resolution of this?

Are any errors shown in Prusa Slicer?
Try Nefabb to repair then slice again...

If you want help locating the problem, please save the PrusaSlicer project, zip it and post it here on the forum. This way it will be easier to find the problem.
