Strange noises - what could it be?
Hello,
my printer makes very strange noises. Have a look at the attached video. Do you know what that can be... Is that normal?
Do you have any ideas?

Sounds like a Bondtech gear grinding on its axle or something.... More like metal-on-metal than just filament being ground down. Or maybe something else metal out of alignment or loose?

Maybe there is something with the filament transport gears. Open the extruder on the right side and look for broken or loose components. In worst case disassemble it.

My vote goes for the Bondtech gears and roller bearings not greased; and perhaps the idler axle is pushed out of one of the ears allowing the idler to grind plastic.
