Printing off-center to the right about 10-12 mm
My print should be centered on the plate, but it is printing to the right about 10-12 mm from where it should. Am I missing a setting somewhere? Is this something that needs to be adjusted in Prusa Slicer or the printer itself? Thanks

Sounds like a physical obstruction that makes the printer home too far to the right because it can't move far enough to the left. My best guess is that the cable bundle is not properly installed and the zip ties hit the left side of the frame. But could be other things as well. Move the extruder by hand to the left and see how far it goes before it hits anything.

Check if the printer passes the self test. LCD Menu -> Calibration -> Selftest

Thank you both, as you are both correct. Robin, doing the self test identified that the x-axis was not at the right length. fuchsr, the reason the self-test failed is because as you thought the way I had the cables tied behind the extruder (after a recent hotend replacement) slightly limited the movement all the way to the left.
Thanks guys!
