Print settings for different areas of the same print?
I'm working on a model that has a few small areas where it would be beneficial to print with a higher quality print settings (like .07mm ULTRADETAIL MK3), however 90% of the print could be printed with the standard print settings (.2mm QUALITY MK3).
Is it possible to print these small areas with the ultradetail setting but the rest of the print with the lower quality setting for faster printing and less material?

In PrusaSlicer you can't mix print settings presets, but you can you can switch the layer height within a range. Right-click the model and choose “Height range modifier”; then you can choose a vertical range and what the layer height should be within that range.

PrusaSlicer has a variable layer height feature. In layout mode, select the party you want to modify and click the variable layer height icon at the top (3rd from the right next to the arrows). You can use the right & left buttons to increase or decrease layer heights over the height of the part. If you try one of the recent Alpha versions, you can also select the Adaptive button to let PrusaSlicer auto-select appropriate layer heights based on the characteristics of each layer.
What's particularly impressive is that you can make changes to layer height on one part independent of the others on the build plate. Here are layer heights in preview mode:
