Print is now coming out different than it did in the past - why?

Several months ago I download and printed a print from here: https://www.printables.com/model/513327-lilygo-t-display-s3-amoled-case

and it printed fine - coming out like this: https://www.printables.com/model/513327-lilygo-t-display-s3-amoled-case/comments#makes

(Note the two buttons openings on the side)

However, today I printed the exact same g-code with the exact same filament and got a print that looks like this (once I removed the brim):

https://ibb.co/j3sqmGg

- after removing the brim I noticed that the two button openings on the side were missing.

I then re-sliced it, excluding the brim in the slicer, but I got the same thing - the button openings on the side are filed in.

Here is what it looks like in slicer:

I don't understand, I did not change any of my settings - in fact it was the same g-code and filament (and printer).   The only thing I can think of is I may have done a firmware update to my PRUSA (MK3S) since the first print was printed.

Any ideas what may be causing this?

What have you set in:  Print Settings > Advanced > Slicing > Slicing mode  ?

RE:

Currently they are set at:

Slice gap closing radius:  0.049 mm

Slicing Mode:  Regular

Slice resolution:  0 mm

G-code resolution:  0.125 mm

Arc fitting:  Disabled

XY Size Compensation: 0 mm

Elephant foot compensation: 0.2 mm

and with with the new g-coder I regenerate yesterday it is not working.

I don't think I've changed these so they were probably like that when I created the original g-code (attached).

OK, so no obvious misconfiguration.

The gcode is of little use - the error is already baked in. Instead save your project as a .3mf file

Files > Save Project as

Zip the .3mf and post it here. It will contain both your part and your settings for us to diagnose.

Thank you, I appreciate your follow up on this.  I had an online chat with PRUSA support yesterday evening and they suggested lowering the Filament Setting for Extrusion multiplier to 0.95 and then 0.90; unfortunately neither helped.  They also suggested I replace my nozzle and PTFE tube, so I will be trying that next - and will post back here with my results (and my .3mf file if the results were not good).   Thank you again.

Possible and it won't hurt, but that would be a very badly worn nozzle.

As an update ...

after replacing the nozzle and the PTFE tube, recalibrating and setting a new first layer the original - without the updates for the Extrusion multiplier - print came out  just fine.

Of note: the original PTFE tube looked fine, the original nozzle was worn, but my best guess is that recalibrating the first layer played a substantial role.

Thanks to all for their help.
