MK3 Layer shift problem

I had this printer since Feb 2018 and had my share of problems, some I was able to solve. I have my filament sensor turn off. I am having print stop in the middle of a print and layer shift. I am using firmware 3.2.1. and the latest prusa control. please see attach Photo below.

Thank You.

One possibility is your X axis belt is too loose and it skipped a tooth. That is a significant layer shift. Also make sure your x axis idler pulley can spin freely and isn't binding up.

Hi Karim,

may I suggest that you update to the latest drivers
and then use the new Slic3r to update to the latest Firmware

ok so I update to latest firmware 3.3.1 and no more layer shift. I did not adjusted the belt on X axis. The printed model below was printed with prusa slic3r at .2mm layer height and Hatchbox filament.
