I still do not have aprinter

Has anyone else had these issues
I ordered my Prusa I3 MK3 with powder coated build plate on the 03/07/2018 with a 5/6 week lead time. On week 5 I contacted Prusa for a delivery update and was told that it would probably be shipped the next week
Week 7 I contacted Prusa again to for an update to be told that the factory that makes the powder coated build plates had closed their factory for 2 week and it would probably be early September before I would expect delivery
I decided to change my order to include the standard build plate and I would order the powder coated build plate when they became available
On the 20/08/2018 my printer was shipped
I received my printed and started the build only to discover that on the Y-0axis assembly the belt holder was missing
I contacted support and they shipped one to me
I continued the build and then on the pre-flight check I had an error the front fan was not working
I contacted support and a new fan was dispatched to me
I then continued with the pre-flight checks and this time I got a filament sensor error
I contacted support and a new filament sensor was sent
I then received an RMA from support which I presumed was for the return of the faulty Fan
I then fitted the new sensor and ran the prefight checks again only to have the same filament sensor error I contacted support again and after a long conversation and lots of checks it was decided that they would replace my printer and they sent me another RMA for the printer
I was then told that I had already received an RMA to send the printer back
I explained that nobody had told me that the first RMA was for the printer I assumed that it was for the broken fan
IK sent the printer back expecting a replacement as these printers were in stock
I contacted support again on the 14/09/2018 when I saw that they had received the printer back
And it was “Return in evaluation“ the support told me that it would be dispatch the next week
The following week it was not dispatched I contacted them again and was told it would be dispatched the next week
But it was not dispatched
I emailed support but have not had a response from them
I contacted them again explaining that I keep getting told that is being dispatched but obviously it had not. I was told that he did not want to tell me it was being dispatched because he didn’t know when it would be dispatched so he would put it in review to find out what is happening about my printer
I still don’t know what is happening
