How do I reinforce holes?

I have a plate with 4 bolt holes.  The plate is printed with 15% infill.  How do I get the slicer to make bigger rings around the holes so that they are more solid?

You can add modifier parts around your holes. Click on the part with the right mouse button. In the menu that pops up choose "Add Modifier > Cylinder". Size the cylinder to your liking around one hole and then add settings to it. Again click on the modifier with your right mouse button, choose "Add settings > Layers and Perimeters". Then adjust the number of perimeters and/or layers to the value that you want in the area covered by that modifier part. You can still scale the modifier part after you added the settings. You can also select the modifier part in the panel on the right with the names of the parts (it will show as "Generic cylinder") and press "Ctrl+c" followed by "Ctrl+v" to copy the modifier part complete with the settings you made before. The copied part will appear on the same spot as the original. Select the new part and then select the move tool. It will move the copied modifier part. Repeat for the next hole.

Depending on your design the modifier can cover multiple holes.
