Have you tried drying your filament?

Yes the filament is dried.  It's been in a drybox with a hygrometer since it's been open.

It's PLA, brass 0.8 Revo 6 nozzle, 2 perimeters, layer height 0.3, 215c for first layer, 210c for rest of layers.

RE:

Just curious were you having these problems with the E3D hot end on your machine? before you installed the Revo? and if no, why are you on the Prusa forums asking what the problem is? go straight to E3D and ask them why the hot end you paid 40% more for with less capabilities then the E3D V6 hot end that came on your Original prusa machine isn't working as you expected.

and good Luck

RE:

Just an update on the Revo 6 I've tried the 0.4 and and the 0.6 nozzle they work perfectly and I've switch out nozzles multiple times in one day (if I needed to) you just need to do a z layer calibration when you switch out nozzles (or you should).  It's the 0.8 nozzle that I'm having issues with I'm pretty sure it's in the prusa slicer settings, something needs to change just not sure what just yet.

To answer swisscheese question:
1) I'm here asking questions because I'm sure it's some settings in the pursa slicer, I wanted to get suggestions.   I can print a perfect calibration cube using the 0.8, 0.6, and 0.4 Revo 6 nozzles (I haven't tried the 0.25 yet)

2) And if anyone who has had the adventure of more than one hot end leaking or has had the fun in rebuilding  hot ends, they will tell you the REVO 6 is well worth it.  I find as I get older my time is worth more to me then rebuilding hot ends and cleaning up leaking nozzles on printers, but that's just me (to each his own).

NO MORE LEAKS!!!!! Thank YOU!!!!!! hahahah 🙂
