Firmware Problem
I have a MK3. Everything was working fine, just got done with a print job.
One day I wanted to change filament and when I tell it to unload filament it does not turn the heater on and eventually errors out. When it errors I get garbled characters on the front panel screen. I flashed the correct FW but still does the same thing.

First check that all connectors are OK, pull and re-insert to make sure nothing is loose.
If this doesn't fix it contact Prusa Support.
