ERR MINTEMP in prusa mk3s+

Hello team,
I am Ramesh from India. We have been using Prusa slicer mk3s+ last one and a half years. yesterday night, while printing hot end is fully clogged with material. As per the procedure, we tried to increase the nozzle's temperature and remove that material. But, that didn't come. So, we heated the material using candles and removed the material. while removing the material the thermister wire has broken. I attached images for your reference. Please help me to resolve this issue ASAP.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Ramesh.

Looks like you need a new thermistor and possibly a new heater.

the Mk3 is a 24 volt printer so make sure you get a 24 volt heater!

I would buy 2 thermistors and 2 heaters, so that you have spares for next time.

if you get another blob, be very careful about removing the waste.

If the  printer is still working, I heat the nozzle from the printer LCD Screen and use an old soldering iron, to carve the waste off the nozzle, this usually releases the fragile wiring without damage

Besides that when you reassemble with your new thermistor you might want to check your nozzle is sealed to the heatbreak too as that looks like a leaking hotend.

Hello Joan and Neophyl,

Have a great day.

Thanks for the quick response.

The model of the 3D printer is I3 MK3S+.  Can you please share the link to the correct spares for this issue?

Thanks,
Ramesh
