Customer Support Via Chat
I am not happy with PRUSA's chat support. I have been on the chat for over two hours and can't get a straight answer. Any suggestions?

Perhaps try calling again in the hopes of getting a different agent!
or tell us what the problem is, provide images to show the issue and let us know what you have already tried?
and maybe we can help where the agent wasn't able to help!

RE: Ordering Problems
The Prusa website will not let me order my replacement part to fix my printer. Our bank says when I order this part https://www.prusa3d.com/product/assembled-hotend-e3d-mk3/ the website is charging the credit card $0 so the transaction fails. I have been working with tech support for a week and getting know wear. They will not let you speak to anyone at the company. I use my school credit card non stop for everything and have no issues except with Prusa. does anyone have an answer?
