Best support for multi filament ?

Hello,

Trying to find the answer since 1 hour, without success so calling for help.

What is the best support for filaments you are using for MM2S multi filament prints ?

I have seen different solutions, but I would like to get the feedback of experienced users.

Thanks in advance !

I have used PLA as support for PETG. never had much luck with PVA

you need plenty of  Purging volume between the filament changes!

By support I was meaning the piece on which the filament stands and turn. I don't know if there is another special word for it. I would like to have 5 filaments loaded upper the printer. Where can I find an STL & explanations on how to build this ?

on the MMU2S, I have my filaments on a shelf over the printer

I use this sort of spool holder on the shelf,

I am using the LACK enclosure V2 with the original MMU2 buffer installed on top and mounted spool holders for PLA and dry boxes connected to the buffer for PETG, PVA+ and ASA. I am quite happy with this setup...

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

Looking nice too, but don't have the space to put an enclosure here unfortunately.
