Bed leveling kit
Auto-leveling couldn't handle my MK3 bed warp, it looks like G81 was reporting >1mm variation!
I set to level it mechanically so I designed a new dial indicator mount (quick release, prints in one piece) and some special tweezers (try adding stacked washers under a bed full of magnets and you'll see what happens 🙂 ).
I got a 10x improvement according to the dial indicator (5x according to G81), still not perfect but a major improvement, now I can actually use the entire print bed. (why I can't go further: there is S-warp between the screws - ie all 3 screws are level but the PCB is warped +/-50 microns).

Do you still use Mesh Bed leveling? My MK3 has the Pinda Probe issue where the Mesh leveling has to wait for the Pinda to get to 35c... no hotter and no colder. Then I get repeatable results. But I have been thinking about getting where I want and then taking out the Mesh Leveling. Maybe I should just do this and not touch it again.

Yes, definitely still using the mesh leveling, as there is still ~100 microns difference even after mechanical adjustments. In fact, just heating the bed adds another ~50 microns of deformation compared to cold.
Physics are quite interesting at a micro level in 3D printing (eg: even the hotend expands and I doubt MK3 compensates Z-offset for that), and the PINDA probe and the built-in temperature compensation add up towards a more reliable 3D printing experience.
