Any upgrades recommended while assembling MK3S+ ?

Hi, I owned MK3S for about a month. I sold it and now I'm awaiting MK3S+

I'm thinking about some upgrades. But I don't want to go extreme like the Bear upgrade or different stepper motors that require Firmware changes.

1 - HotEnd

I was maybe thinking about Dragon (standard, not Hi-Flow) hotend. But 1. I'm sceptical about quality as it is China made. 2. Is it really that much better than original E3D V6?

2 - Bearings

I was thinking about buying set of Misumi bearings. But I found this quote blog post about MK3S+ from Novermber. 

(..) the MK3S+ uses Misumi bearings (..)

So it looks like it isn't needed anymore?

I think I'll just clean those bearing in 99% IPA batch and grease them with Lithium grease.

3 - Nylock bed mode

I was thinking about it. But on my previous printer I had 0.9 mm variance from corner to corner and having 7x7x5 auto bed leveling on, I had absolutely no issue printing prints that covered 95% of the bed. (Also, I think that most of this error was not from bed itself but from Y axis rods and mostly from not so perfect way of homing Z axis (Plastic stops at the top easily bend more than 1mm so homing Z axis (to sync left and right screw) against them doesn't sound like best idea. So I don't think that using nylock mod to twist my bed to compensate for those errors is good idea.

4 - Any other simple mods that are worth doing while assembling new printer?
