any one know if inserting HeatBreak in more cause issues with leakes

if your heat break is inside the heat block more then the one in step 5 above, even a little bit extra like 0.3mm inside the heat block can this cause nozzle to to loose from heat break and cause leak. do we have to be EXACT when inserting heat break inside HeatBlock??

It should look exactly like the pictures in the assembly. There should be that small space between the nozzle and the heat block; otherwise, chances are that the print will not come out as well. The slicer firmware and everything are dependent on the installation following the instructions. If the heatbreak is too far into the heatblock the nozzle will be closer to the bed and could raise issues with the nozzle digging into the PEI. If the heatbreak is too high, then the nozzle may tighten all the way to the heat block and not tighten onto the heatbreak causing leakages that no one wishes to go through,

The distance between the heating block and the nozzle collar should be approx. 0.5mm. The nozzle should seal flush with the heatbreak.
