Z calbration now now printing fillimate and globing

I am print petg  on a textured plate which has been cleaned.

After hours of fooling around with the z height i was able to get a perfect print and stuck correctly.  This was last night and short lived

Today I tried the same settings I when it prints the zig zag it prints about one or 2 inches this forms globs and doesn't print, sometimes for 2 or 3 inches and some time stops printing all together.

I have removed the PETG and cleaned out the nozzles with a cleaning needle and re-insert the PETG with the same issue.  It prints a little which  does stick to the  plate.

Any sugguestions

I find the Prusa test pattern difficult to perfect...

try

https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk3s-mk3-assembly-and-first-prints-troubleshooting/life-adjust-z-my-way/

make sure that you are using 7x7 mesh bed levelling  (LCD Menu    Settings> Mesh Bed)

Could be a partial clogged.

Search prusa website for manual how to do a cold pull, to clean out nozzle.

Move extruder higher, and extrude  filament, it should go straight down, nice thick line, no bubbles.

Change nozzle.

Change filament.

Your picture, nothing is visible, make a picture that we can zoom in on.

Clean bed with dish soap, this is the best way.

I did more testing with another roll of the same brand from amazon still sealed.  It also had the globbing as it printed.  It looks like it doesn't what to melt as it comes from the nozzel.  I did a complete clean of the system and even replace the nozzle.  Same issue.

I was setting it up to the PETG heat setting. so while I was following the cleaning steps I noticed how much easy it flowed.  I did a test by setting the 3d Filiment type to ABS which would be hotter and it printed the Zig zag calibration Perfect.

So the question to ask is this Amazon (made in china) filament not up to par on 3d standards which may have a better heating point?

Is there another way to up the temp on  the head by say 10C on the Z calibration?

Thank you.

Dan
