Z-axis Problem (verry weird sound)
Hey,
I got a weird problem, when I first start up the printer I was running the tests en everything was fine, I didn't have any issues.
But after some test prints, the Z-axis has failed, it looks like the stepper motors didn't sync up with each other (according to the sound it produces). The motors are having both power, because they are hard to turn when the printer is on. I didn't find a way to fix the problem. We have tried te upgrade firmware and tested the trapezoidal nuts are turning good and resetting the hight of the Z-axis, but this wasn't the problem.
I hope someone can help us with this stupid issue.
Was the problem solved? I have the same issue
Motors are not synced, calibration and printing fail

Yes, the problem has been solved, I contacted Prusa support with the live chat function. And they send me a new stepper motor! After I installed the stepper motor the problem never happened again.
Here is a video of the problem I had:
I Hope this helps you, Cheers!
