Y Axis (Front Idler tracking)
My Y-axis front idler is noisy because the belt is tracking to the right side (PS Side).

Only the Y idler side is "off"
The Y motor is pretty centered.
Ive read a bunch of posts and none seemed to address this scenario where one is good, and the other is off..
Ive found a few adjustable idlers that adjust tension, but none that allow left/right adjustment? Any recommendations?

Is it just photo distortion, or does the Y motor look like it's slanted to the right (not perpendicular to the back panel)?

The motor is solidly against the bracket. Doesn't move a micron..

Front idler seems to be loose (gap between frame and idler?). Is there a gap between motor gear and the motor?

Yes, I Only tightened the front idler till the belt was taught. Any tighter and I think the front idler would be "too tight".
There is no gap or non-squareness of the y Stepper, the angle of the picture makes it look like it is.
My guess is that the belt path is just about 0.5mm too far to the right. Wish that the idler was 1mm wider, or that there was an adjuster...
The build instructions say to press the belt in with the hex key, and If I had not pressed it all the way in, I think that It'd be spot on..

It looks slanted to me that is a common problem with the stock R1 & R2 Y-Motor mounts. The was a long discussion and several user redesigns of the mount. This one on Thingivers looks like it would solve the slant problem on the motor. If not I can always upload my version

The band is perpendicular to the frame, so I dont think it's the motor mount. Just wondering if anyone has a solution for either an idler that can adjust left right by at least 0.5mm, or a wider idler (part to order, and mount to print)?

So Here's how I solved the problem.
I loostened, the front idler. Then pulled the Y belt out of the top of the Y Belt Holder.
When I re-inserted it, I did not use the allen wrench to fully insert it all the way in. I left it Flush with the outer edge of the part.
Then I let the belt track back and forth (now it was too far left). Then I pushed it in a bit more. Repeated that until it tracked as close to center as possible.
Looks like it's good. Im at hour 40 of a 45 hour print and it's looking amazing. Im seeing better quality at 0.1 layer height than my non-prusa printer at 0.05 layer height. Almost a complete lack of visible layers!
