XYZ calibration fail, but print normal

I tried the wizard and it does move in all axis like it should, but it fail when it run the XYZ calibration with reference points on the bed. Just when it is finished and moving the Z up it stops and give me failed.

XYZ calibration failed. Please consult the manual."
= Calibration point was not found at all.

If I print the flute and do a first layer calibration everything look great. The flute did have a low nozzle temp issue, but that is probably because I am not able to calibrate temp before I have done XYZ calibration. So the printer does work (pinda also work).

So what could it be? I do have the 3.5.3 firmware and it is a full kit from Prusa assembled today.

Read the manual again and make sure the PINDA is properly adjusted. If the PINDA is even slightly high, it will fail the calibration and risks grinding the nozzle into the bed.
