X axis strangeness?

I'm printing a Raspberry Pi 4 case as my fifth print. It was going fine for a while, but at the end it started just printing way off on the X axis. The walls on the right side are gradually leaning left, and on the left side it just started printing a centimeters or two in mid air. My X and Y belt status show 268. Any pointers to what I need to do to make this not happen?

And about the fifth print in is where loose set screws in belt drive gears start to cause problems.   So make sure the set screws are 1) set on the motor shaft flat first, then on the round, and 2) tightened only in that order.

Look for binding on the X axis.

Power off, and I think Tim said tilt the printer from side to side. At about 45 degrees the extruder should slide to the end. Check both directions.

If it does bind, try loosening the 5 screws holding the extruder bearings a half turn. Too tight and you crimp the bearings.

If you have not properly lubricated the bearings - this is a good time.

Of course, look carefully at all cables and zip ties that may be getting hit as you print.

I think this is what the issue was. I went to try a small print next and it couldn't do Z calibration at all, because the X axis was not moving. The pully was moving freely, so I unscrewed and tightened like this. Everything seems good so far, but I'm only printing the Prusa badge currently. I'll try the case again next!

Thanks to all for the helpful responses!
