X-Axis Error during Self-Test / Belt Test
Watching THIS VIDEO my to an i3 MK3S+ rebuilt Printer now keeps insisting on showing my an X-Axis Error despite having 255mm of travel during Jogging with reportedly having had 229mm of Belt Length beforehand - What is going on?
Best Answer by Dan Rogers:
X axis is very sensitive to bearings on X being squeezed too tightly. Loosen your X carriage screws three turns each and see if it goes away.
If they fall out, put them back in and only tighten the carriage a little bit - Top ones do all of the work. The bottom ones can be almost falling out and your prints will be sweet on X.

That did the trick!
Thanks mate...
Since my OP I've basically taken apart like half the E and both Z-Axis and rebuilding it taking extra care with the Umbilical exiting the rear of the E-Axis to the point where I was fearing for my life for getting squatted because how tight I bound that ZipTie Area and still couldn't get it to work.
Until I loosened up those 4 screws and it worked again 🙄
