Wizard Filament sensor error

Ran the wizard and it stopped with "Filament Sensor Error", yes I was careful with fastener torque. Unplugged (checked orientation) and re inserted both ends of cable. Can I check sensor with my Fluke Multi Meter? At a standstill right now.
