....

assembled the printer on thurday ran into:

Bad LCD with a dark line ---> got replaced
Warped BED ----> replacement on the way
Trapezoidal nuts with bad tolerance ---> replacement on the way

Support was awesome... i discover new sounds and problesm every day... 🙁

I have two MK3 kits that have the same thing happening. From my investigation it seems to not be a motor mechanical issue because it is not repeatable when doing a full travel HOME movement. It seems to occur only during certain printing speeds around 50mm/sec. I don't think it is a belt tooth to pulley tooth mismatch because it doesn't do it all the time or in time with the pulley rotation. My belts are tightened midrange spec 275+/- and no debris in the belt or pulley. I think it's something to do with the stepper motor driver.

Try it in STEALTH MODE and see if it clicks then.

So...i reduced the tensioning of the Y belt... it seems to be better... but as you said it was not constant... it was doing it a t certain moves/speeds.
