what is this?
Hi,
My prints started doing weird things. I bought it preassembled and it was great
for a while. My belt tension was off which I corrected and calibrating first layer ,
I got these ridges. ( Z offset -0.556). I should mention I got the dreaded blob
on a previous print by cleaned it off as best I could. Any ideas? thanks john
RE: what is this?
Not even close, it's amazing it's sticking to the plate at all.

I went down to -.980 and was getting a rooster tail behind the nozzle, is that normal?

RE: what is this?
Ill have to do a video ,the nozzle lays down the petg right on the sheet as it move but immediately
behind there is a vertical gap for a few mm before it lays back on the bed. Ill see what I can do.
RE: what is this?
Once the filament hits the print surface it should stay there. If it lifts at all you have a problem. Do a first layer calibration and show us 2 pictures, one of the whole bed, the other a close up of the rectangle.
