Is my x-belt tension too loose?

Hi all, I'm trying to figure out if x-belt tension is appropriate or not. The printer had been sitting for two years without use. Initial belt test was around 280, then I relubricated the rods, and it dropped to 220. But I have heard this isn't the most reliable for belt tension. Also do not have any PTEG to print the tension tester device. This is what the belt looks like when I press it: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1i1fFqTt7tXyvJ1ICRiDtHayRXdyb-U2U/view?usp=sharing

Thank ou for any tips.

The three common reasons for prints failing after a printer has been unused for a while:

A dirty print bed. Give it a really thorough clean and avoid touching the print area.

Damp filament. Look up threads here about drying filament especially if it has been left open.

General neglect, dust and cobwebs... Basic cleaning, lubrication and general maintenance have all been missed.

Yes, your belt looks loose to me, you are listening for just the beginning of a double-bass twang as a rough starting point.  Do try to print the meter asap, it does need Prusament PETG 'though or the springiness may be wrong.

Thanks, Diem. Yes, I have cleaned the print surface twice with soap and water, but it still has some adhesion issues I am still figuring out. I also cleaned all the rods and put superlube on them. Unfortunately, I do not have any PETG available to print that tension meter (I did print on PLA, knowing it probably wouldn't work because of different flexibility, but the x-belt couldn't support it). I am waiting for some new filament, and maybe will try putting my old filament in the oven. So I think I will have to open the extruder head to redo the x-belt some time.
