Weird finish on first layer

I am new to 3D printing and assembled the MK3S+ from a kit. I started to notice that there where some weird surface layers being produced, especially near the centre of the bed.

What would be the cause of the weird finishes on this first layer? Also why is it that the printing done in the corners of the bed do not seem to be affected?

I assume it might have something to do with the bed being higher or lower in the centre than the rest of the bed but I’m not sure.

Thanks

You are way to high with your first layer. See: https://help.prusa3d.com/article/first-layer-calibration-i3_112364

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.
