Warping and temporary layer shift
I've got a pre-assembled MK3s, and the first two prints (buddy and whistle) came out perfectly.
When I started printing some of my own creations, though, I'm getting some warping late into the print (1-2 hours).
My z-layer calibration seems fine. The test print for it came just as good as the factory one.
I'm cleaning the smooth sheet with 99% IPA before each print.
Soon after I started noticing the warping, I also temporarily got one or two layers shifted on both X and Y. I would suspect that the shiting is caused by the part moving/contracting?
Both the warping and the shifting happened at a very similar time and height in two successive prints.
Any ideas what I can try?

Your first layer calibration can go a little lower.
The brim you are using will make no difference with a flat bodied print.
Try cleaning the bed with dishwashing detergent (Dawn/Fairy) and plenty of HOT water; see many threads here.
I suspect your belt tensions might need tweaking but it's hard to tell at this stage, come back if there's no improvement.
Cheerio,

Thank you for the tips.
I've run the belt test, and the numbers seem to be in range.
I've redone the Z calibration using the popular method.
I started with the factory calibration of -1.373 and then lowered it to -1.450 when it started scratching the material (but not the sheet).
Then I lowered it to -1.385 for the rest of the first test.
The second test is printed with a Z of -1.400. Does it look good to you?
I've started a bigger & taller print now and I'll report on the result.
RE: Warping and temporary layer shift
It turns out that it was all about first-layer adhesion.
The extra bit of squish and a much higher amount of IPA dropped on the cold plate directly instead of a cloth helped tremendously.
In the last few days, I've printed much bigger & more complex designs, and they've been perfect. No warping and no layer shifting.
Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
