Very first calibration - only left side motor works?

Very newbie printer here! I've unboxed my printer, read the manual, got everything in order, and have started walking through the step-by-step on the printer itself. When it gets to the 9-point calibration step, only the "left" side (when facing the printer screen) seems to move, causing it to be off-kilter. It then vibrates like it's trying to move but can't.

Did I possibly miss something? What could cause this? I don't see any obvious tie-downs or anything. Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Fixed it! It's been a LONG time since I bought the printer, so I'm thinking in the meantime it had seized up a little (dust, etc. ?) without any movement happening. Worked the threaded bar a lot, got it working very smoothly. Had to restart once as it gave a calibration error, but after reboot it worked perfectly through Z-calibration!
