As Sylivia says with the 3mf more can be determined but that looks like the seam.
Its pretty much unavoidable on models shaped like that.  Normally the slicer is set to try and hide the seam in a corner but that geometry has no corners.  You can adjust where its placed in the slicer software, sometimes placing it to the rear so its all in a line makes post processing to remove it easier (sanding etc).  By carefully tuning your filament settings you can sometimes minimise the appearance but with filament printing you can never get rid of it fully.
