Uneven outside wall
See image - the unevenness corresponds to the level where it changes from being solid base to having a think wall.
Its worse on some sides than others.
Any hints on how to stop this?

could you post a sample stl and gcode of a simple model that displays this artefact please?

I often also see stuff done in the inside get expressed out through the outer walls as well. Infill will do funny things to the outside surface as well. Thankfully we will have Joan on the case so this will get solved! :ugeek:
