This does not appear to be close enough to the bed. Your Z is too high. It should be "squished" not round.

Thanks for your reply. It feels like I'm going through the complete Z adjust range on this. Is there anything else it could be or a way tot find out what the typical z should be on specific filaments?

Check the Lab logbook - who used the printer last?  Ask them what settings they changed - might they have knocked the PINDA out of position?

The first layer Z calibration is way too high, it needs more squish ... but your technician should be on top of this..?

There is no fixed Z value, it changes slowly as the nozzle wears in use.
