Thumps once at startup
I have an original MK3 (not S) that I assembled from a kit. The machine doesn't make any strange noises while printing, just the one, loud thump each time right after I turn it on. Thump aside, it's been printing great for the two weeks since I got it working. (Until today, when all of a sudden I started having first-layer issues, but I don't know whether that's related. It is what made it occur to me I should ask about the thump in case I'm risking damage by ignoring it.)
Any idea what I've done wrong to cause this noise? And whether it's something to worry about?
