Thermal Anomaly?
My printer keeps beeping saying there's a thermal Anomaly. I just received this printer within a month and have had zero issues so far. Print quality is fine and I have made no changes to it or the hotend. The firmware is up to date as well.

I'm guessing you're running the latest firmware (3.12.2), which is actually why you're getting these messages.
They've got an issue and unfortunately I've not heard a good explanation as to why it's happening, what's being done to fix it, or when we might expect this. Of course if there are those who know please feel free to correct me.
The suggestion has been to downgrade to the older 3.11.0 firmware as it does not have this feature creating these frequent messages. https://help.prusa3d.com/downloads/mk3s-2/firmware
